Looking for some optimism so I'm not pissed off by the time my husband gets home like I was yesterday...
Now that it's freezing and snowing in Michigan - I really have no desire to leave the house. I got LO all ready and in my car Monday night and scraped the windows, only to realize I had a flat tire. Oh well, back to the couch and now I don't even have to feel guilty!
Also, LO had his 2 mo pedi appt yesterday and where he used to scream the entire time, this time he just smiled and giggled! It really made me realize how much easier this baby has gotten. It was so gradual...he now is calm in his RNP or crib long enough for me to make some food, shower etc. I'm still not getting a ton of sleep but things are looking up

Plus my long skinny baby grew another two inches and 2 lbs!
Re: Trying to see the bright side of winter
My plus side for winter is always Uggs. And a change in wardrobe. I always get very excited to mix it up after my summer wardrobe gets boring.
Edit for spelling
Snow usually doesn't bother me but I feel like it's so early in the season this year. I had a doctors appointment today to get an iud put in but I had to move it since my sitters cancelled because the roads were so bad. I hope it melts soon but I wouldn't mind a white Christmas
