~~~Preggie Pact~~~
Look! I remembered!  I lost my ute goggles so y'all will have to tell me what's going on in yours.
  • We had good timing two months in a row with no luck. I thought last month's temperatures were promising, too. Due to my long cycles, I won't ovulate until after Thanksgiving. I am going to do acupuncture today to see if it helps increase my fertility.
    Good luck @stringy813‌!
  • I should ovulate any day now. Hopefully. I had a weird super short cycle last month so I'm hoping things are more normal this cycle.
    all of you and your "I should ovulate any day" and "our timing was perfect last month"
    I know nothing about my cycles.  Like, at all (FFTC?)
    I did POAS last night.  It was way too early and I knew before I even thought of it that it was a waste…but I did anyway.
    BFN.  so YAY for starting p90x. llol
    ETA I'm not insulting those who know their cycles…but it's just embarrassing that I'm so ignorant about it
    If you want to learn (and I by no means judge you if you choose not to), I highly, highly recommend the free course fertility friend offers.  It's like 8-12 lessons that you can do at your own pace.  I learned a TON from it.
    I don't belong here obviously but I second this meesh. I have the book tcoyf and FF is great. :) it's not as much work as you may think.
  • I always lurk this thread, but since there seems to be a bunch of new ttcers this week I thought I'd post too. I've been patiently awaiting the return of my cycles, but I'm starting to lose patience. DD is 11 months and still bfing so much. Several times a night and all through the day. Im starting to feel like ill have to wean to get pregnant again and I really don't want to. Im so torn right now... Anyone get their periods back while still bfing round the clock?
    At about 19 months, my DD still nursed fairly frequently throughout the day and night, but I got my period back. The lengths and frequency of her nursing sessions started to get really unpredictable (sometimes she'd nurse for a long time, but sometimes it'd just be a mini snack) and I think that's what finally led to the return of my period. A lot of my friends got their periods back when their babies were much younger, but I don't think their kids were waking as much at night. I don't know if this helps, but I thought I'd weigh in.
    Mine came back around 16.5 months PP while i was still BF'ing 5-6 times a day.  I did drop my last daytime pumping session on workdays about three weeks before AF came back.  It was wonky for a good 3-4 months, but has since regulated, I think.
