Mine were already big and wide (10w, which is really hard to find). They're definitely wider now, I think I'll have to get all new shoes after this time.
Mine went up a little bit, but I don't wear any particularly tight-fitting shoes, so most of mine still fit. Mine didn't really swell at all during my first pregnancy, and haven't in this one either. But with that said, HOLY sausage toes, cankles and calves the week after delivery. I couldn't even stuff my feet into the shoes that I wore to the hospital. My DH had to drive home and get a pair of sandals so I had something to wear home. I might buy a pair of crocs or something really lose that provide a bit more coverage than sandals just in case this time, because you know, January is cold!
Mine grew almost a full shoe size with DS, which was okay because I was pregnant during the summer so I lounged in sandals every single day. But it wasn't until DS was almost 6 months old that I could fit back into all my shoes again. Thank GOD my feet slowly went back to "normal" size because from what I understand that's not always the case.
Lots of swelling with DS - thankfully it was warm weather and I could wear flip flops. The swelling went down, but my arches flattened out. I now have insoles and my shoe size went from 6.5-7.5.
Mine have grown all three pregnancies....Probably a half size for each one. I thought it was a myth until I had kids. Nope. I started at a 7 and now am up to an 8.5/9 after three kids.
I grew from a 9 to a 9.5 and stayed that size. I really hope they don't grow again this time around. I'm in California, so I'm still in flip flops, so I can't tell if my shoes are too small right now!
i went from wearing usually 8s and once in a while 8.5s to usually 8.5s and once in a while 8s. i expect to increase about the same this time, since foot-spread from loosened ligaments doesn't usually return all the way. maybe to sometimes 8.5s and sometimes 9s. lol

So far this looks like pretty equal distribution - about half and half between grew and didn't grow. Maybe slightly more feet grew than didn't grow, but it's a close one. Interesting!
