What are naps?

I am talking about for myself. I don't seem to get any unless someone else is around. For me when I try to nap my brain won't shut off and I use the time to do things around the house. Anyone else like this. Lo is 4 weeks and granted he sleeps great at night but would be nice to get one just never seems to happen thanks toy silly mind.

Yes I am the same and would guess most of the other moms too! You will eventually just adjust to not sleeping and not even think about napping!

Yeah when people tell me to sleep when they sleep I just get angry. How?! There's so much to do, I'm wired, and a nap could be 15 minutes or 3 hours. 15 minutes would be such a tease.

I'm the same way. I would love to take some naps, little man doesn't sleep that well at night and I'm exhausted. But I end up doing chores, projects or just sitting and vegging alone. For some reason I just can't nap.
