Boobs stopped hurting at 5 weeks 4 days?

I'm newly pregnant with my second, and I thought I'd be more relaxed this time around. Like with my first, my only pregnancy symptom so far has been sore boobs. Yesterday they were crazy sore, and then today when I woke up, nothing. Not even when I push on them. I had two MCs before I had DD, so this is freaking me out. No spotting, just no symptoms. My hCg levels had been doubling, and I had another blood draw today, but has anyone else experienced this and it all turned out normal? Did your symptoms come back or stay away but it was all fine?

Symptoms come and go, and have no coloration to a healthy pregnancy. I continued to have many symptoms after i found out i had miscarriage. I wouldn't read into your symptoms, as to whether everything is ok. Good Luck!!

The only symptoms I've had were sore boobs and frequent trips to the bathroom, and I'm 7 weeks today. Both come and go. When I first found out, my boobs were super sensitive to the point that anything touching them would make me cry out in pain. No, or very few symptoms doesn't mean something is wrong just like a lot of them doesn't mean everything is great. All bodies are different

I haven't had sore or swollen boobs at all, but I am still breastfeeding twice a day. I think every pregnancy is so different.
