Bed rest, anyone?

last Thursday I was admitted for preterm labor, and since it's stopped I'll be inpatient until at LEAST next Tuesday (32weeks). Anyone else having PTL/bedrest? I have an 18 month old at home with my honey, just looking for a little community :)

    Yes and yes. I've been on hospital bedrest for 10 weeks now. (for early on-set pre-eclampsia. And PTL since).   Sorry you were put on bedrest, hopefully you get out soon! :)

    Not for PTL, but for bleeding.  After 4 weeks without an episode, I'm joining a lucky group, though, and I don't have to do bed rest as long as I keep not having bleeding, but I'm still not supposed to lift my toddler (or anything else over 20/25 lbs for that matter).  There are quite a few on the board in similar situations, so you definitely are not alone.

    Hopefully everything calms down for you and you are able to go home!

    No kidding.  Some of you ladies are ridiculously awesome.  (Even though the reason sucks for why I'm typing that.)

    Been on bedrest for 6 weeks now, and won't be off until LO is born. I have Pre-e and have history of full blown eclampsia. We are at 32 weeks this week and holding steady. The most aggravating part is knowing there is still so much left to do before LO arrived, and not being able to get up and do it! :((

    Bed rest here to, since 26 weeks. I am now 32 weeks. Its been difficult and most times feel like im going crazy! But im now allowed modified be rest "take it easy" approach ad long as i dont have anymore contractions or bleeding. So fingers crossed sch stays away from me and i can let baby bake a while longer!!

    I've been on bed rest for about 17 weeks. I'll be taken off at 34-36 weeks I think. It sucks hard core.

    Been on modified bed rest (this is great! Not full bedrest) since 12 weeks .. High bp... Went blind seen eye doc the other day another 6 months (best case) before my full eye sight is restored add to that now GD .... But hey! Im not complaining ! Its modified bed rest and i dont have HG this time! 4th time is a charm!

    Bedrest here too :-)  Pregnancy Induced Hypertension.  I go to the doctors twice per week but other then that on the couch or in bed.  I am allowed to take a shower but not too much else.  I have been on bedrest about 5 weeks with 4 more to go!  Like all above said lots of TV, Netflix, on-line bumping, shopping and anything that passes the time. 
    Live like there is no tomorrow..Love like you have never been hurt...
