Flu shot side effects?

We took DD to get her flu shot on Friday. She did fine with it. However, since then I have noticed that her stools have been increasingly looser. Tonight, we basically had diarrhea like stool. She only pooped her normal twice though. Also, today she told us she was tired several times and even laid down on the floor--but when we tried to get her to nap she was restless and just kicked around and talked the whole time. 

From what I've read diarrhea can be a side effect of the flu shot, as can sleepiness. However, I'm nervous because she was in the church nursery yesterday and one of the moms of a kid who was in there with her posted about how she was up all night with a son who had a tummy bug, so of course now I'm freaking out she picked that up. She seems fine otherwise--laughing, playing, eating and doing all of her normal things.

So I guess my question is has anyone else who's LO got the flu shot noticed these kinds of side effects?

    We noticed no effects, but then M got sick with a respiratory thing that we all got and everyone felt terrible.  The doctor warned us that M touched enough things in the office that it would happen, and it did...

    Don't know if it's from the flu shot or not, but DD had hers on Saturday and has had diarrhea like stools the last couple days with terrible diaper rash. :(

    Thanks everyone. Luckily it seems to be an isolated incident. She slept soundly last night and woke up with just a wet diaper. Still keeping a close eye on her though. I told the sitter to expect kind of odd poop. She also ate just fine this morning, which was reassuring. I'm not a fan of flu shots for this very reason but I know that she's at higher risk because my husband is exposed to quite a bit being a medic, so we suck it up deal with it! Just hoping to not have to deal with any more yuck today.
