Yes, there are so many perks for the employees and their families! Things like ergonomic specialists come bi-weekly to adjust their chairs and desks to ensure their physical-safety and prevent wrist injuries; working-dinners (Pixar provides dinner when they ask people to work overtime into the evenings and/or weekends); and the annual red carpet Hollywood-esque wrap parties to celebrate the latest film's release. They also allow employees to bring one guest (DH usually takes our 8yr daughter) to advanced screenings of many new films from other studios: a few weeks ago it was Interstellar and Big Hero 6. There are also always "family days" to see an advanced screening of Pixar's latest film before it hits theaters. The insurance and stocks, on-site daycare/Preschool, vacation, and Disney perks are also the best either of us have ever had. They really are a family company!
