When does the nightly rage-fest end!?

I have clearly blocked this part out from when DS was a baby. This one is perfectly content and happy and then from 5-9 he is a total monster. Just screams till he's out of breath and is totally inconsolable. We change him, try to feed him, rock, binky, playmat, swing, carrier. Nothing helps

Please tell me there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

DH is at his wits end too as this is the only time he sees the baby. I feel bad all he gets are screams

Same problem but DH works nights and comes home to me in tears most nights cause it's been all night of this. FTM here so no idea when it stops though. Glad to know it does stop at some point.
