Monday we had Cajun pork chops. Tuesday fake lasagna (tiny lasagna noodles, in spaghetti sauce, topped with motz and cottage cheese) Wednesday, hamburger helper Thursday not sure? I'm not going to be home Friday Israeli chicken Saturday grilled something hopefully Sunday CORD (clean or refrigerator day).
Chicken breast cut into chunks, dipped in egg, rolled in Ritz crackers (or saltines, butter, your choice). Then fry to get the breading crisp and baked until chicken is done. Serve with lemon or tartar sauce.
I don't have a plan but need to get one. One thing I did do not that long ago is start writing all the entrees I know how to make on orange/pink index cards, starch sides on yellow and vegetable sides on green. In my ideal world, I will get out may cards at the start of each week and pick an entree, starch and veggie for each night from my cards....can mix and match from week to week, etc. I am very visual, so I like the idea of this, but have not yet put it into practice. I think I might need a board with a laundry clip or something for each day of the week to clip them there where I can see. The only problem with my plan that I can see is that I will still have to actually cook the food
We are so thankful that our second daughter, Lillian Elizabeth "Lily", was born healthy and happy on February 11, 2013. We love her to pieces.
We lost our first daughter, Hannah Grace on May 4, 2011. She was buried on May 14 during a beautiful service at my home church. We are grateful that if she could not be here with us, that she is healed and whole with the Lord. We look forward to the day when we will get to meet her. We love her so much.
