New N14 bumpie introducing myself - EDD Saturday!

hi ladies, I've been lurking the N14 boards for a bit now and am ready to jump in!

My story:
30yo FTM EDD 22nd, so 39+2!
Currently on the south coast of England waiting to deliver,but DH and I actually live in Ethiopia. DH is waiting as long as possible before coming home

My current moans:

When do I get my body back? I swear my hips used to be a pair, and it's all just water retention - right??

We emigrated in the summer so I haven't worked since Aug,and been back in UK at mums since end Sep (last poss fly date). So:

Not working since Aug
+
Living at mums,middle of nowhere
+
Not seeing DH in 7 wks and counting
+
Strong chance DH won't be back for the birth
=
1 loco,impatient,bored,cabin fevered,emotional mama

My current joys:
Pretty good pregnancy so far (although looking forward to a time when pooping isn't a cause for celebration again!)

Great support from both families,who are generally awesome

And OBVIOUSLY very excited about LO's imminent arrival!!
