Baby suddenly spitting up more

LO is 9.5 weeks old and over the last week has begun to spit up much more frequently than ever before. She is EBF and before only spit up a small amount, maybe once a day. For the last week, she has been spitting up 5-7 times a day, and there's more there (not a ton, but just more than before). She doesn't seem to be in pain or uncomfortable when it happens. I can't think of anything different in our routine or my diet. I've googled and can't really find anything. Does anyone know if it's normal for this sort of change or what could be causing it?

    Is LO eating more? I EP and I know when my LO eats more, she spits up more.

    I'm EBF so I'm not really sure. I haven't noticed longer or more frequent feedings. In fact they've gradually gotten a little shorter and a little more spaced out over the last couple of weeks, as she has become a more efficient eater I've assumed.

    My kiddo was doing that a few days ago and I think she might have had a little virus. It lasted less than 48 hours and now she's back to her usual occasional spit up schedule.

    I've noticed the same thing too and I've tried to hold her upright after eating longer and burping her really good. Her aggressive eating is making her gassy while bf but does great at the bottle! Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?

    I was told spit up is at its worst between 3-4 months. Maybe you're just there a little earlier?

    My LO spits up a ton when she is having a growth spurt. She will eat, spit most of it up and then ask to eat again. It usually last a few days to a week and then it just goes away like a light switch being turned off.
