  I'm making an exception of never posting pics of DS. I took this myself and liked it. DH thinks he looks like he died lol. Back to the drawing board for me. He hates it when I play photographer which is why I got one where he was sleeping. I'll include a pic of my setup too if anyone wants to copy. Just add a boppy under the blanket.

  We went to a pro do them and I made/ordered cards through Simply to Impress (they had a Groupon).  I'm happy with them; the cards turned out cute, and the card stock is actually decent quality.  
  

  As far as pics go, I made sure to nurse DD once we got there (the photog is pretty far from our house, so she had napped in the car).  I don't know how she did so great, but she was super cooperative that day and stayed on her tummy for probably a half an hour.  I think part of the key was getting them done relatively early in the day (we started around 1pm).  She wasn't thrilled about getting pictures with her brother (my stepson... I don't really let him hold her that often, which was probably the problem), but we got a few cute ones.  When she got fussy with him, I nursed her again to calm her down.

  We went to picture people at buy buy baby and had ours done today. They have a groupon for $19. Here are a few!

  We just had my mom take a few outside since she has a nice camera. Ditto to feeding her right before. We also had one of my sisters there to get her to smile and moved super quickly so she didn't get cold. I don't have the ones of the three of us back yet but this gives you an idea of the setting, plus I love it!

  @andrea ri 80‌ this is kind of what my mom suggested. She said to just use a crying picture and choose a card template saying "peace and joy" or playing off a silent night theme. I want a happy picture to use! Ugh after yesterday I'm just ready to give up on cards.

  Christmas cards are being made now I don't have a picture of them yet but this is one of my favorite pictures from the shoot I did. We laid him on our tree skirt with ornaments all around
