39 weeks pain left side belly

For the few days or so I've had a really awful pain on the left side of my belly which is getting worse. It's not aching or BH or labor. It's more of a pulling/tearing feeling and is over the whole left side. It comes and goes, especially if I roll from left to right side at night or vice versa. I do plan to ask my Dr at my apt this week but in case I don't make it to then should I be concerned and call Monday? I never experienced this with my son.

I thought about that when it first started but it is almost all the way up to the top of my uterus, and I thought rlp was low

RLP is along the whole side as well, not just low. And it hurts really bad. But I would still call your doctor to be safe as well.
