Intro...Still in Shock (LC mentioned)

This was my second pregnancy. I had no issues with my first. At 6w, I found out I had a small subchorionic hemorrhage, but baby had a healthy heartbeat at 6w, so I felt good about things. Everything looked fine at 8w, although the SCH was still there. At 11 weeks I started to spot and was reassured that it was likely the SCH resolving itself. I went into the OB and the baby had stopped growing at 8w. My uterus didn't get the memo and had continued to grow. My doctor was in shock as well and took hormone levels just to be sure. The day I came back for my follow up, there was no doubt as to the diagnosis as I started the process of miscarrying during my appointment. I guess it was bad enough he scheduled me for an emergency D&C. Hospital screwed up and was refusing to admit me. Doctor made huge stink about it. We have no family nearby so I sent DH off to take care of our daughter. It was all a whirlwind and finally I am home. I've been putting on a brave face for our toddler, but I'm still in shock and angry about what happened. I am also really sore like I have the flu. Hugs to everyone who has been through this and I am so sorry for your losses.
