Re: Thanksgiving Food! :-)

  • My moms creamed onions. She makes the best and makes them for Thanksgiving and Christmas each year. Tradition can never stop at the onions!
  • Green bean casserole! Sweet potatoes! And of course my aunt's yummy deviled eggs!

  • Mashed potatoes. I can't get enough.

I'm so obsessed with mashed potatoes right now that I take the instant punches to work and make them daily!! So yummy! Looking forward to the "real thing" myself!
  • @rmaurer08‌ definitely all about mashed potatoes. I don't eat them a lot, but they always sound good. Even with a stomach bug they sound good rn. :((
  • I'm saying the same as @GrailSeeker14‌. There's not much food I don't like.

She's trying too hard now. She's already showed her ass and now she's trying to compensate for being a post and runner.

There's no pleasing the two of you where I'm concerned. You don't care but I've been so active today because I was put on temporary bed rest so I had a lot of unplanned time that I wash able to spend on here. I really started to like some of these posters. I feel awful for @theinvadermothership‌ today!! Tried to make some helpful and contributing comments. Apparently, still not good enough.

How could we possibly care about something we aren't informed of? I'm sorry to hear that you're on temporary bed rest. It's not about not being "good enough", it's about trying way too hard as @RHoPA1109 stated. I think you didn't like what you heard in your Vanderpump post and just decided to kick it to the curb rather than to understand where some of us are coming from..and you just continue to start pointless posts, or topics that have already been posted or covered. • The search function revealed posts from days ago about food cravings in general. I wanted to know specifically about Thanksgiving foods we are looking forward to. I intentionally didn't inform about today's situation. There are a lot of women on this board who have it a lot worse than I do and I don't want to put myself out for hair pets when their situations are permanent and mine is temporary. Fair warning- I've done some googling and still have questions about spinal blocks (search function revealed one post, and it only mentioned blocks, didn't answer my Q) You probably will want to keep scrolling on that since you obviously have a dislike for me.
  • My cranberry sauce smothered in everything lol. :D

Clearly not, since you informed us.

  • Stuffing, Mash, Turkey, Corn, String Beans, and Sweet Potato Pie!
  • Kind of sad because I have been at my grandmothers for thanksgiving for as long as I can remember but about a month ago she was diagnosed with advanced stage lung cancer and decided she would go home to hawaii for thanksgiving. I look forward all year to her stuffing, but on the bright side I will be spending this thanksgiving with my boyfriend and his family. Trying to be positive about making new traditions. Looking forward to greens, Mac n cheese and yams. He says they deep fry their turkeys so that should be interesting.

So sorry for this trying time in your life. Prayers for your family. Have fun making new memories!! :-)
  • I am very sorry to hear about your grandmother. Thinking of you and your family through the holidays. It is never easy to loose a special tradition, but I am hoping you will be able to enjoy a new tradition and hang in there. xoxo

  • I want, in my mouth, at the same time: Mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, all covered in gravy with a bite of buttered roll.

    Please and Thank you.
