Easy Thanksgiving dinner ideas?

I'm thinking about taking a Thanksgiving dinner to my mom next week.  She has to work on Thanksgiving Day and I doubt she will do anything for herself after work.  I want to take something to her the day before but I don't want to cook our entire dinner a day early (DH has to work the day before T-giving day).  Any ideas for a casserole or slow cooker dish that would be great for a Thanksgiving meal?

    My family loves slow cooker turkey breast! All you need is one of the frozen turkey breasts that has a gravy packet with it (we like Jenny-o, but any brand will work). Thaw the turkey and gravy, then put the gravy in a slow cooker with a cup of water and put the turkey on top. Cook on low for 8-9 hours or high for 5-6. That's it. Super easy and I promise it will be the most moist, flavorful turkey breast you've ever had. We have this at least once a weeks because it makes such great leftovers.

    I'm sure whatever you take will be appreciated, It is really kind and thoughtful of you. What about Cranberry chicken? Basically it's chicken breasts, a can of cranberry sauce, an envelope of onion soup mix, and a cup of Catelina salad dressing and bake it.

    I would make some breaded turkey cutlets with a small side of stuffing, mashed potatoes, and a slice of pumpkin pie.

    turkey breast in the crock pot, for sure. 
    Pumpkin pie is SUPER easy to make if you use the Pillsbury refrigerated crusts and the Libby's can of pumpkin (recipe on the can). 
    Steam fresh veggies or something on the side? 
    Can of cranberries?
    Potatoes if you can swing it. Do you have a store that has a hot deli bar? You could buy the mashed potatoes. OR, they make some kind of frozen ones that you can just microwave that I had once. They were pretty good!
