I plan on training Monday and Wednesday morning, working out on my own Tuesday and Thursday, and hopefully spinning Saturday morning. Does dancing at a disco Friday night count? Probably not because I'm going to be drinking too. I have some nice healthy meals planned for the week. I guess that is my biggest tip, to plan ahead. I eat the best when I am prepared.
Tonight, however, I am making lasagne bolognese. DH is on his way home from out of town and requested it.
I need to get my ass in gear. It's been so busy at work that I just go home and want to relax. I really need to get back into the gym, eating right and establishing that pattern.

Got my workout in this morning. All I could smell the whole time was my hair from making sauce yesterday. It was really grossing me out. Trained legs, it was hard.
I ran my last long run yesterday - 8miles - and will be able to squeeze a run in hopefully Tues and Thurs. That's likely it bc I slightly strained my quad last weekend and am taking it easy before the race.
This is my first half post-twins. I feel good, but nervous.
@sassypantzz, first thing in the morning is the only time I like to work out. If I had to do it after work I would never do it!
I didn't have time to make breakfast so I had to settle on one of DH's ginormous protein bars. It is going to take me all morning to chew through this thing!
I got up and went to the gym this morning. I'll go again Wednesday morning, Friday morning and boot camp Saturday morning. I need to find something to do on Tues and Thurs at home. I'd run, but it's so flipping cold and icy here right now. I need some cardio so maybe I'll just do a dvd at home.
I'm watching my calories, but it's fucking with my milk big time. I'm trying to up my water intake a ton and see if that helps.
