So, I'm 14 weeks pp and I BF only for the first week. Today I noticed blood coming from one duct on my right nipple. I called the OB thinking this was a normal pp thing but I just wanted to make sure, and she tells me it's not normal and she wants to see me Monday.
Now I'm really nervous. She mentioned it could be a papilloma. Anyone have any similar experience? :-(

08/14: Our little miracle has FINALLY arrived - 3 years after we started trying!
My breast doctor said I have dense breast tissue and will probably have more. Since my tissue is so dense self checks are very important - my OB could barely feel the lump.
The results of that were inconclusive, so they wanted to do a lumpectomy. She told me they usually cut around your nipple to reduce the appearance of scars, but mine was up higher, so I have about a two inch scar on my breast.
Once they opened me up they found not only the lump, but the interductal papalloma. She removed those ducts, but I still have a lot of ducts left. I had the surgery on a Friday and was back at work on Monday.
I'm not much help with breast feeding because I wasn't allowed to. I did leak a tiny bit from each breast. But my prolactin levels were messed up from my brain tumor. So who knows what would have happened.
My surgeon was great and I felt very at ease during the whole ordeal. Obviously mine was benign. I hope yours is too and all this worry will be able to go away. It is stressful at the time for sure.
