Very Mild Cramping?

ive been having veryyy mild cramping now for a couple of days... I never had this with my first and I don't want to call the doctor because it's so mild and it doesn't cause me any real discomfort but the more I think about it, the more I worry now. Should I be concerned enough to call my doctor?

...at every appointment they always ask if I have had any bleeding or cramping so that's why it's been worrying me.... Is this a sign a preterm labor?

I was having cramping the other day & decided to go to the hospital. Turns out I was having frequent contractions. Luckily my cervix is still long, so no worries but it's def worth getting checked out. Good luck!

I have a call into my Dr now for the same thing. It has felt like consistent RLP since yesterday afternoon. This is my third and it doesn't feel like contractions to me but I figure better safe than sorry.
