1) I want a new car so bad. Mine is 12 years old and has been awesome but its has these awkward suicide doors and getting a baby in and out of the back has turned out to be a real pain in the butt. I told my husband that when we have 2 it wont fly anymore and I will need to get an upgrade.
2) I want to be a stay at home mom... its totally not possible at this time financially but I hate my job and would love to quit. That being said I know that being a stay at home mom is a ton of work, and to be honest when I went back to work after #1 it almost felt like a mini vacation at first, because I totally underestimated how hard it is to take after a newborn, BUT I still would prefer to spend my days at home with my kids than slaving away in the corporate cube.
@MelissaMiso an HGTV home improvement show would be amazing!
I want to be a really successful full-time artist (you know, like the kind that can buy food and stuff ). On top of this, I want to be a mom. I'm currently struggling with how the two can co-exist! Plus, I want more time. I really want to slow everything down a bit. That would be awesome, thanks!
I wish I had the money to redo my kitchen counters and appliances (mine aren't bad, they're just not what I would have picked) and to put hardwood down in my great room and master.
TTCAL January Siggy Challenge: Animals in the Snow
@meredithcarole H and I are currently doing a cheap DIY kitchen remodel. Just finished painting our super-dark shellacked cabinets. We're going to try concrete countertops (covering our disgusting yellow ochre laminate ones). It's $50 for the mix. If it works, awesome! If not, we'll do something else. I figured it's worth a try!

@rspalding001 I never thought I wanted to be SAHM but now I totally wish I could be.
@meredithcarole and @stemi a freshened up kitchen would be so nice. When I bought my house, I swore the first thing is do is replace laminate floor and orange Formica countertops...I'm going on my fifth year here...still rocking them both.
My total dream is to run a horse farm, teach lessons, rescue horses, and run some program that works with kids having a hard time and the horses, I love what animals can do to help heal broken souls.
@meredithcarole absolutely! We decided to dive in and start today. Pretty messy so far, but we're also really excited to not see busted yellow laminate anymore!
@lcwed my personal work is portraits of women in nature. I just started a pet portrait business this year, was doing well, got engaged, planned a DIY-ish wedding, then married in October. Unfortunately, my business definitely suffered during that time. I gotta get hustling again
I want to have 48 hours in a day so I can do it all. And an endless supply of energy Lol. Seems I never have enough time. I love the satisfaction of doing things myself, love career, family, civic group work, crafting, organizing, going to school. ...but don't have enough time and energy to do all of it to the extent I want.
In terms of material things, is love to have a really old house. ..like the kind on rehab addict. I've always loved those. When we went on field trips as a kid to those old houses built in the 1700s and 1800s I always pretended I lived there. I know, what a dorky kid. I also wanted to be Scarlett O'hara.

Off Mirena Nov 2013, On Nuvaring end of Jan, Back off Sept 2014. Never ending cycle starting end of Sept...
11/14 Provera failed... cycle continues
12/14 High FSH (57 "midcycle") OBGYN had no clue... about anything
01/15 More lab results coming back from RE. U/S showed small (1")cyst on left ovary, thin lining, and couldn't locate right ovary so possibly straight to DE and IVF
Occassionally mess with the chart below to see "what if" and learn (not to make it pretty but because FF stays drunk with me).
I'd so very much love to be a sahm, but that is not in the cards so I'll say other than ttc, my next highest priority on the wish list would be for us to finish the refurbishment of our basement and move on to our kitchen. We need flooring in the basement and rehab on the bathroom.
I totally agree with the "want to be on HGTV" wish! Although I've read a ton about those shows and what looks totally cool on TV doesn't actually happen (shocking, right??). I seriously wanted to be on Property Brothers until I read that they only accept people that already have a house purchased - that was the whole part that I wanted their help on, finding a house with possibilities! I know someone that was on one of the remodel shows and they said that the producers totally manipulate pretty much every scene and if there isn't enough drama they figure something out to make it more interesting for TV. There is also a ton of coaching about what to say and how to say it. That part isn't shocking really but it totally stands out to me now when we watch a show when you one of the folks are getting all crazy.
I wish I had more time for painting and I'd really love to learn to cook. I play with the idea of SAHM but I guess I'm just concentrating on TTC for now and we'll see how it goes!
I wish DH and I could find somewhere to live! We're looking to buy now, and what we can comfortably afford =/= anything we'd want to live in.
The sad irony is that this wish actually is kind of TTC-related. We're strapped for cash when we budget for 2 kids in daycare. We can pretty much live where we want to if IVF doesn't pan out for us. So, uh, that's the IF silver lining?
Everyone's wishes sound so nice, especially @wannabmama23's. Hopefully someday....

I would love love love to own a home in my home state and in my husband's home state. That way when we go visit family we don't have to STAY with family or get a hotel room...
