  No experience with dilating that early, but I've been contracting daily since 25/26 wks and am currently 31wks. Praying that bed rest is what your body needed & you can keep the babies in as long as possible. Good luck!!

  Me. I was dialted to 1.5cm at 27 weeks they stopped labor with meds and I got the steroid shots. I went home on bedrest and did not deliver till 35w3d. I also was did the progesterone shots weekly.

  Thanks! @1+tripsmom‌ did u continue to have contractions after you found out you were dilated or did u not have any?

  DH- MFI (low count, 2-3% morph)
  IUI #1 January - Clomid, Ovidrel: BFN
  IUI #2 February - Letrozole, Follistim, Ovidrel: BFP 1st beta-25, 2nd beta-56, 3rd beta-45, miscarriage
  IUI #3 April - CD3 U/S 4-10. Letrozole, Follistim, Ovidrel CD11 - Cancelled.. TI w/5 follicles-BFN
  IUI #3.1 May - CD3 U/S 5-6, Follistim start 5-11 thru 5-17, u/s 5-18 3 mature w/ a close 4th, IUI 5-20 - BFP!
               Beta #1 12dpo - 164 & progesterone - 89!, Beta #2 16 dpo - 1189, 5w3d - u/s shows TWINS!
               6/19- u/s showed heartbeats! Baby A 111 & Baby B 118, both measuring 6w1d
               7/3- Baby A hb 170, Baby B hb 166 - both measuring perfect.

  I had frequent BH's from 12w.  At 28w my OB put me on Procardia (that literally did nothing IMO).  At 32w4d I went into PTL, was dilated 2cm, contracting every 2-3 minutes.  Went to the hospital, spent 5 days there (4 on a mag drip) then was at home on BR until 36w.  Once I came off of BR and Procardia my contractions STOPPED.  I had contractions a morning or two after BR and Procardia but then nothing else.  I had a scheduled c/s at 38w.  Hopefully those babies decide to stay in a while longer.

  Thank you for answering this question! I'm on procardia too & I def don't think it does anything. Your situation gives me hope, thank you!!!

  I was hospitalized last week at 31 weeks contracting and dilated to 3. Steroid shots and 24 hour mag drip and I'm home on bedrest. 32 weeks today. I too have a goal of 34 weeks. They didn't send me home on any meds. I'm contracting only a couple times a day, and only when I push my activity too much. Let's hope we both make it to 34!

  4 days of mag?! That sounds awful! 24 hours for me was so excruciating mostly bec I had to lay in the same position for hours at a time bec baby B would not pick up on the monitors unless I didn't move. My back and legs seized, so awful.

  I recently delivered at 31 weeks. My labor was most likely brought on by a stomach virus. I delivered 12 hours after showing up at the hospital. The mag slowed my contractions for part of the day but did not stop them.

  Yup. Dilated and contracting at 23,5. Hospitalized until 32. Induced at 36,4 and delivered 36,5. Did 2 rounds of Procardia (it's not really safe to be on long term...) as well as betamethasone. Did not have to have mag, thankfully. Hang in there!
