I spoke with my OB today and made a plan. We are going to check my Progesterone after O this month. I get positive OPKs every month, but sometimes I get 3-5 in a row. She wants to make sure I am O'ing and not just having a surge. If that comes back normal, the plan is to start Prometrium next cycle. My normal LP is 11-12 days. Not too bad, but she said that extra day or 2 could make the difference. Experiences on Prometrium? I heard it makes you feel crappy, but don't know much yet.

Ditto what PP said....I was taking clomid and had a trigger, then started prometrium so it's hard to tell what made me feel the worst. I do remember after a few days on it I felt a bit more normal. The first couple days I felt exhausted right after inserting them in the morning. And wear thin liners because they leak....gross! I'm about to start them again this month as soon as I O. Good luck!

I get bad cramping with progesterone but otherwise nothing else. I have had worse cramping with the cream than with the prometrium though but I have no idea why.

Yup, definitely wear a liner! Just when you think it is gone..
Honestly, for me it felt like I was pregnant. Sore boobs, cramps, moods, tired, dizzy. Such a mind-F because of course the 2ww isn't bad enough. But for me the problem was more mental than like physical discomfort.
