Any symptoms during your 2ww? update!!

After an IVF fresh cycle this summer I was prego but lost the baby at 6 weeks and remember during my 2ww having sore breasts and nausea, heartburn etc... We recently tried our first FET cycle and I'm currently at the end of my 2ww and I'm feeling great, completely diff from my first experience. No soreness no cramping (a twinge here and there, but not constant like the last..) I'm trying not to worry but want to ask has anyone else had no symptoms during an IVF/FET cycle and been pregs? Just a little concerned.

Thanks everyone! Got my BFP today!!! Soooo happy!! My betas were over 400! Didn't here the exact number because I was so excited about the news! Another beta on Wednesday, as they have to monitor me until my betas are over 1000!

I think the only symptom I had was light cramping like I was about to start my period. I had slightly sore boobs that started when I started the PIO 6 days before transfer but slowly disappeared after transfer. Otherwise nothing else, I'm now 12 weeks and still nothing.

Out of my last 8 pregnancies this is the only one that I haven't really had any bad symptoms. Even my 2 Cp's I had more symptoms than this one.

Makes me feel good reading that you are 12 weeks along...congrats!!! gives me hope...I have a little cramping here and there but nothing crazy and it goes away...fingers crossed for a positive blood test Monday.

I've only had a BFP once (this time around), but I've heard several ladies say that every time is different. For me, I only started feeling things right at 7dp5dt. My boobs hurt like never before and I was exhausted to the point that I worried I was getting the flu. So I caved and peed on a stick, and realized I was pregnant.

Here's the thing... Medically, until your embryo starts producing hCG, the 2WW is exactly the same from a pregnancy vs. non-pregnancy cycle. Your progesterone shoots up, your estrogen drops. Those symptoms are absolutely indistinguishable between the two cycles - it's why doctors can't test sooner, because nothing is chemically distinguishable. Once something is a "pregnancy symptom," it's caused by hCG and most home tests can detect as little as 5 units.

All that to say, don't worry about symptoms or lack of symptoms during the 2WW. I know, easier said than done. But a plethora of symptoms or lack of symptoms both mean nothing.

For what it's worth, during my BFP month, my boobs hurt at 3 dpIUI and then went away at 5 dpIUI and I had zero other symptoms and was absolutely convinced the cycle had failed. I had zero symptoms at all until 6 weeks pregnant when my boobs grew, and no other symptoms until 12 weeks when I got a meat aversion. So there's no way to know before peeing on a stick!

Thanks sunshinedaisies000 that makes me feel better. I was the same more symptoms in my fresh cycle that's why this time other than a cramp here and there I have no symptoms. Thanks for all your advise ladies...I guess I will have my results soon! I go in monday for my test! Fingers crossed!

I'm only 4 weeks 5 days pregnant but am feeling intense fatigue and nausea. My nurse said its because my hcg levels are high. I don't think I started feeling nauseous until I was close to 7 weeks with dd. Good luck!

My biggest symptom in my 2ww was a pulling pain by my belly button (on the right side) from 2d5dt until around beta. I also had periodically sore boobs. One day it felt like mini rubberbands snapping on my boobs.

I am a nervous wreck thanks to an overall lack of symptoms.

In my 2ww I distinctly remember feeling exhausted after a day of going store to store couch-shopping. But I seriously wonder if I would have felt that way anyway because it was so much driving and so boring. Otherwise I had one night of heartburn. No sore boobs ever. No nausea ever. Again, I'm a nervous wreck over it and technically 16 weeks. (IF takes its toll. I won't believe it's okay until I see this baby alive and well in the spring...)

@ladyteach0505 you are 16 weeks that's awesome! Stay positive! No more worries you are way beyond where I am (technically 4 weeks today, yet still have to take a blood test to prove what I already know in my heart...) I am going to stay positive because I can't change what is out of my hands...I will keep positive bc otherwise I will drive myself bonkers. Please don't worry about your symptoms or lack there of...stay positive for your baby! You are blessed to be at 16 weeks!
