Ok. DH was thinking about "Quinton" for a boy (which I dislike for reasons ranging from spelling to nn) and I starting to imagine that he might suggest it for a girl (which he might).
What about Corrine (Kor-in)? It has a similar sound but is feminine? My best friend growing up was named this and her nickname was Quinn as that is how her younger brother said it and it stuck.
I'll be a weirdo and say that I love Quinn more for a girl's name than a boy's. It's on my top 10 list for a girl, with the normal spelling.

That being said, Quinn is a million times better than Quinne. I wouldn't even say it as Quinn. It would rhyme with shine.
