Advice needed...worried.....

I'll be 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow.  This past Tuesday I had some spotting, I had an  u/s done and was told it was implantation bleeding.  Today I have a little spot of blood.  Is this something I need to be concerned about?  I don't have any cramping, but I didn't when I m/c in July.

    Spotting can be totally normal for some people. I think you should consult with your doctor. He/she may take you in earlier for testing. FX everything turns out good for you.

    Could very well be just a little spotting. I had spotting around the same time during this pregnancy and all is fine. Hoping for the best for you. If you are worried definitely get it checked out.

    Hoping your spotting clears up soon!  It can be so worrisome, but it's not uncommon.

    I know spotting is nerve wracking! I had it last week for a couple days, Like others said with great advise, it's most likely "just spotting" and nothing is wring. Unless you have heavy bleeding and abdominal pain you should be fine. If it makes you feel better call your office. Good luck and try not to fret too too much, no good for the baby!
