finally watching 20/20

OMG.   The orgasmic birth part - fine, that is cool if you can do that.  Weird, but hey - better than screaming and hating it.

 

BUT - why have we not talked about these freaks with the baby dolls who pretend like these are real babies?  How on earth are these women not committed to an insane asylum?  These people are NUTS.   It's "like a hobby"??   No, it's not.  It's like a psychosis.

    I feel bad for the doll ladies - it just seemed so sad and lonely to have to get a doll to get some attention from strangers

    Thank you!!!!! The first lady was totally freaking me out. Like if I turned around for one second she might run off with my baby. CREEPY!!!!

    oh yeah, it's definitely sad.  But sad in a way that they need psychiatric help, not that it should be called "extreme parenting" or be shown as some sort of "option" for parenting.   It's sad. 

    And yes, that first woman really did seem like the kind who might snatch a baby.  It was scary.

     Now I"m on the 8 year olds BF'ing.  I know I know "personal choice" and all, but ew...

    That whole episode of 20/20 did not disappoint! 

    I agree that the ladies with the dolls were complete wack-a-doos!  That one lady who would get upset if she spent time with the baby at the park and people wouldnt pay it attention??   Completely nuts, and they did not look *that* real where I would be fooled into thinking its a real baby.  Not ok crazy ladies, not ok... 

     

    How about the 4 or 5 year old boy who referred to his mom's breasts as her "Nummys" Indifferent
