3rd ultrasound tomorrow. Miscarriage scare

When I was 5w1d I had blood work and and my levels were 2336 on ultrasound they only saw a thickened endometrium. I was told to come back in 2 days to see if my levels were rising they were 2226. I was told it was not a viable pregnancy and should consider a d&c. I f\u w my ob for blood work the next day 2251 and an ultra sound showing a ges sac and a yolk sac. Bloowork the day after that was 2715.So since there is growth happening Dr said we will rely more on ultrasound rather than blood levels. Tomorrow is my 1 week f/u ultrasound hoping to see a little bean!!

How are things going for you? I hope you saw growth at your appointment. I am in a similar situation. We saw a fetal pole and heartbeat at my last U/s but my Hcg level went from 6600 to 6100. It's been another week and haven't had any bleeding/cramping. Have another ultrasound on Friday and wondering if there is any hope is seeing progress. I am praying for the best but preparing for the worst.
