Stretchmarks got worse after birth?!

Has anyone ever experienced this? When I was released from the hospital I had a few on either side of my stomach. I noticed tonight when I discovered my skin was sore that stretch marks have been multiplying...I have about double the marks I initially had. I havent been wearing any post partum support...could that be it? I'm freaking out a bit.

    I can relate. I saw no stretch lines throughout pregnancy, then had baby earlier this month and when I got home from the hospital I noticed a bunch of marks around belly button. I guess they were always there but not noticeable. I'm not entirely pleased abt it but realize there's nothing that can be done.
