2nd Trimester

Back aches? Anyone else getting them? ☆New to the forums☆

First time Mamma 34y/o. Right side of my back hurts so bad at night, but fine when I'm up or sitting. Doctor says take Tylenol to help with pain, but If I did that I would be taking it every night.
Please tell me I'm not the only one dealing with this.

  • Try heat, ice, chiropractic care or massage
  • Your not the only one. I am 22 weeks with my second and I have worse back pains then with my first. Try to relax and rest when you need it. And take things slow. Also a massage never hurts. My husband rubs my back for me all the time. :)
  • Yep, welcome to pregnancy. Stretching, alternating ice/heat, and monthly chiropractic care work for me.
