How long do you pump for and how much do you get? Also+

If I pump now, to serve tonight, do I store in fridge & serve cold or do I store at room temp?

  • 20 minutes at a time and get anywhere between 3-5 oz (used to get 4-8oz). LO is 9 months old.

I don't do it often so i don't recall exactly but i think BM is okay up to 7 hours at room temp so you could probably leave it out BUT if you decided not to feed it at the last minute, you might need to throw it out. I'd put in the fridge and warm up before feeding.

    How old is your LO?

  • First AM pump I can get anywhere from 6oz-10oz
    12:30pm Pump I get about 5 oz
    3:30pm Pump I get about 3-4oz.

If I pump at night I get about 6 oz.

You can float a bottle in hot water and heat it that way or a bottle warmer. My kids hate cold bottles.
