  Started adoption process in Jan. 2011.
  

  3 failed matches in 2012.

  Surprise pregnancy in Aug. 2012.
  Precious baby boy "HC" born May 2013.

  Began researching EA in 2014.

  No longer pursuing EA due to fibroid complications.

  2. My parents were almost 40 years ahead of the trend with my name.  I guess that's good?
  
  3. The comments are killing me.  I think Mordakyie is my favorite.  I imagine it pronounced as MordecaiEEEEEE!!!!

  I'm super stabby about Aurora being "up and coming". Everyone needs to back off. I've had this name picked out for 20 years. grrr. damn Maleficent.

  I really like a lot of the names on this list. I'm bummed. Violet and Beatrice are on our short list.

  I actually like Juliet, Violet and Asher. The rest are, for the most part, normal and a trend I can get behind.

  None of those names surprised me since they seem to be pretty common on this board. I am a much bigger fan of Beatrice and Violet than I am of McKenzie and Kayla, though so that's something.

  My personal favorite is the girl whose son's name is Jaxson (Jackson). She had to put it in parenthesis because somewhere deep down, she knows she's screwed this up.

  I've also liked Violet (husband said I am never ever using that on a child though because it sounds too "hippy"...lame), Aurora and Juliet.  My top girl name for years was Aurora Juliet.  I did not see my top boy names on their though, which is good.  Although, my top boy FN is Leland so I'd be really disappointed if it was popular!
