stress and infertility

in Trouble TTC a Sibling
How big of a role does stress really play? I keep reading conflicting info.
Life is ridiculously full of stress right now and I have had anxiety issues me whole life.
I see a counsler but I am starting to think I need to be more proactive in managing stress so we can get pregnant. Even if it means quitting my job.
Anyone have good stats or an article on this?

    Stress does not cause infertility. Infertility causes stress. Period. Anyone who tells you to 'just relax and it will happen' needs to shut up. If that were true, we wouldn't need REs we could just go to the spa.
