Greetings from the Polar Vortex!

Hey Everyone!

I've been lurking for a few days, and feel comfortable saying hello now! Got a BFP on Nov, 10, 2014. Yay!

Can't wait to get to know you all a little better. I've already enjoyed some of the advice and experiences that you all have posted.

Question for any of you who care to answer: How many pee sticks did you pee on between your BFP and your first appointment?

    Thanks ladies. I figure it is just paranoia since this is my first. Waiting for that first appointment is tough.

    Congrats on your BFP! I only took one, however since I was being seen by a RE I also had two betas drawn.

    Congrats! I did 10 pregnancy tests ($ store) plus bloodwork. We have been ttc years and years and got pregnant through ivf/fet. I was very excited to see that second line : ).
    Married to DH since 2010, TTC since 2012
    2 Furbaby pups, Miley and Ally
    Unexplained IF, 3 rounds clomid= BFN, IUI+femara 2/14 = BFN, IVF 5/14 = BFP!  MMC 7/14.  FET 10/31/14= BFP!!!  2 gestational sacs, one baby with a heartbeat.  Praying for our little bean sprout!

    Congrats! I took 3 tests total this time. The first was negative. I had a two pack and then got a positive on each. I think I took 2 the first two pregnancies.

    I did one. Then frantically googled 'how faint can the second line on a pregnancy test be?'

    Our friends on indexable sites said 'yep, congratulations!'

    After that, my husband and I went to a walk in clinic to have it confirmed by a doctor and got some advice about where to start.

    I've only peed on two sticks... but I was tempted to go after more. I'll wait, though I'm not good at waiting. My first appointment is December 10th - which seems eons away. Glad to have your ladies since we aren't telling anyone until after it is confirmed by doctor.
