I was really hoping this would be my rainbow baby, but now only time will tell. I experienced slight cramping all day yesterday and found it kind of odd. I just didn't feel right but I thought no blood it should be ok. At around midnight I woke up to use the restroom and there was blood, like a period almost. I woke up DH and after 30 minutes of sobbing we took off to the emergency room. I was ready for the worse. The doctor prepped me for the ultrasound. We still saw a strong heartbeat. My heart was beating as strong as my baby. I was warned that only time will tell of what baby wants to do. Im so scared.

    Did they give you any reason for the bleeding? Lots of women have bleeding and go on to have healthy pregnancies/babies! Wishing you all the best.

    Oh I'm so sorry - that's so scary!!!!  I'm glad your LO looked good on the u/s. Many ((((hugs)))) mama.

    @Bostonchelle‌ no, they didn't give me any reason for the bleeding. Doctor didn't see any other abnormalities on the ultrasound. I guess nature just wants to take its course sometimes. I'm hoping my baby keeps fighting to stay put.

    So sorry your going through this scare, but you definitely have a fighter!! Have you checked in with your OB? Perhaps they will let you have another look and talk about what could have caused the cramping and bleeding scare. Sending you So many hugs!!

    FX that this little one remains a fighter. I second that you should follow up with your OB to see what might have caused the bleeding.

    I am so sorry.  I agree with some people have already said - some women bleed and go on to have healthy pregnancies.  I went through the same thing with this baby about 10 weeks ago and she is fine.  Sending lots of hugs and prayers that this bleeding does not mean anything.

    I'm so sorry! That's a terrifying experience. It sounds like you have a little fighter in there. Hopefully that's the end of the drama for you.

       Me: IR-PCOS, elevated DHEAs, low progesterone, weak ovulation  DH: low volume, low T
    SHG 5/10/13: both tubes blocked; HSG 6/28 = Left tube cleared! Right blocked.
    BFP#1 7/20/13 EDD 3/30/14, m/c 8/19/13, D&E 8/21/13, Chromosomal results = normal, female
    Lap & hysteroscopy scheduled for 10/31, right tube cleared, no endo found! ...Happy Halloween!
    Cycle 14: Clomid (50)+ IUI = BFP! EDD 9/16/14~ Rowan Elizabeth born sleeping at 17w4d on 4/12/14 due to IC.

    @DenaMaree‌ I emailed my OB and she responded. She pretty much said the same as pp posts. Basically that some bleeding can be common and that as the pregnancy progresses the likelihood of miscarriage decreases. She didn't offer any immediate follow ups. I am keeping my scheduled appointment for 11/25. My plan of action is to go to ER if any significant bleeding persists.

    Praying for you..could of it been a SCH? Women bleed with them but baby is fine. I had one resolved at 7 weeks no bleeding . Some women bleed though and pass clots. Good luck!

    Glad your LO looked good on the scan! I know so many women who have bled so much and all has turned out fine. That doesn't mean it's not terrifying while it happen.

    @Samuelismomma ‌ the doctor at the hospital didn't see anything abnormal or no mention of a SCH. Im just counting the days so I can see baby again on US.
