I have. Do. It's horrible and I really didn't want to move for the past two days... Google freaked me out and I think at one point had me convinced I had appendicitis. Anyway, I found that by walking around, a lot today really alleviated a lot of the pain. But like everyone else has said. It's normal. Call the OB if you're overly concerned.
Those of you who have had the pains. Did taking a deep breath make it worse? I'm not overly concerned. I just haven't had this type of pain before with my last 3 pregnancy.
I woke up with it this morning and like @fabledmabel it is gas pains mixed with the fact that my shorts rode up really high last night and bunched on the right so I basically slept on a knot all night.
It never hurts to call your OB if you are worried but as PP have said, it's probably RLP or gas which is all a normal part of pregnancy
