Fenugreek issues??

I started taking Fenugreek Friday night and the last 2 nights DS has had a few bouts of screaming, not crying, screaming. I'm just trying the process of elimination and was wondering if anyone else has noticed any negative effects? Not to say that she doesn't have fussy times but this seems very different. Like maybe she has a bad belly ache. She has been burping and farting A LOT (she's a real lady) so she doesn't have built up gas. Any ideas or input?

    Sorry to hear about the screaming, I hope you are about to figure out what it wrong!

    I have been taking fenugreek 3 times s day for 6 weeks now and haven't noticed any side effects.

    There was another thread on this, and , although our LO is burping and farting a lot , she may still have excess gas in her tummy. Fenugreek can cause excess gas in mommy and baby. For my LO, it just took a couple weeks to get used to it, but he was never screaming unhappy (just a little fussy). If your DD is that upset, I'd see trying lactation cookies instead if the fenugreek.

    Fenugreek is pretty know for causing gas. Have you tried gas drops?

    No she only gets a bottle maybe once a week. My supply is up so I stopped taking it. I truly think that having a beer helps me the most so I don't think I'll be taking them again.

    I had awful gas and diarrhea with the fenugreek and had to stop taking it...looking back, LO def suffered from increased gas b/c of it
    {Me:27, Dx:PCOS, LPD, & rob(14;15)}
    {DH:31 all clear, "super sperm"}

    @hurricanenellie‌ - just curious what kind of beer you are drinking. Does it need to be dark and hoppy or do you find any beer works? (Basically, I'm looking for an excuse to drink beer. Lol)

    I drink Miller Lite. I'm not a beer drinker typically so I rarely get through a full one but I can always feel it the next morning when I do get through a whole one, not really enforced but more like porn star full.
