I'm curious to know if the people that are answering are FTM's or veteran moms? Maybe it's because your body remember last time that you had children and you fed on that side more??
My right side is bigger, but most after delivery. I hand express a lot and it is easier for my to hand express on the right side, so in turn that sound always produces more milk.
Prepregnancy: left. Nursing: right. My right side was a champ! They're both small because I've been nursing... I hope they grow again! My baby needs momma's milk!
Second time mom. Right handed. Right side is currently larger, and has been my whole life, except while nursing. Lefty was a far superior milk producer though and got all porn boob on me last time. Righty wasn't into being all big and showy, and left me feeling a bit off kilter. I'm expecting the same this time. I think lefty is starting to bulk up a bit more already. Feeding on the left was just more comfy for both me and DS, so that just perpetuated my lopsidedness.
Left, I have a lot more milk ducts and a much heavier flow out of the left one when nursing too. I believe that's why one is bigger than the other in the majority of cases. I am by no means a doctor, lactation consultant or expert of this though.
Right boob is bigger, even my DH noticed! When I'm not pregnant or nursing they're the same size.
TTC #2 Since October 2013. Annovulatory so not expecting much! Waited to finish breastfeeding before using Clomid again. August 2014: Clomid round 3 (50 mg) and progesterone (100mg) - BFP!
I just checked myself out in the mirror and it appears my left boob is ever so slightly bigger. Not sure if it always been that way, I've never noticed. But can I just say HOLY VEINS!!! My boobies are so veiny right now they look like something out of a horror movie!

Thanks to this post I've spent the last 20 minutes staring at my boobs trying to see if they are different. My husband came in and asked me what the heck I was doing so I explained. He just slowly backed out of the room.
Mine were very close to the same size prepregnancy, but after DD, right is bigger by about a cup, and I produced a lot more milk on that side. I was very careful to nurse evenly and sometimes tried to favor left in the hopes it would get bigger and even out a bit, but it totally didn't happen. I'm hoping it doesn't get more dramatic after this LO.
