CD 13. still no +OPK yet. Had u/s last fri and RE saw no follies >10. he said i'm "delayed" after my failed IVF cycle, which he said sometimes happens as the body tries to re-set itself? he said i prob am like a week away from O'ing. whatever. i'm not frantically TTC these next two months anyway.

QOTW: i fucking stare at that shit, channel L&D, willing the line to appear.

Cycle day 10. HCG was down to 10 on Friday, so we're expecting it to be negative and good to start BCPs when I get it tested again tomorrow.

QOTW: It depends on the time of day I take it. Usually it's in the morning, so I get on with brushing my teeth and so on (and take breaks to look at the stick every few seconds).

I'm in the dreaded 2ww since ET was yesterday.
I have taken a shower, watched for a second line that did not appear and gone downstairs to make make breakfast. Doesn't it seem like an eternity, not 5 minutes.

Cycle day 30...Flucking AF better show her ugly face soon so I can get my surgery scheduled!!

My appointment went well today. My doctor presented my case at the IVF meeting the practice has every Thursday and all of the doctors were in agreement that with my history (2 miscarriages, 3 unsuccessful IUIs, and brown fluid in my ute that I most likely have a leak from my c-section scar not being closed off and I am a good candidate for the surgery. So I have to wait for AF (who we know will be later because I was on meds and then stopped in the middle of my cycle) and then I’ll be scheduled for an out patient surgery where they will scrape around my c-section scar to remove tissue and then cauterize the scar to insure it is closed off. I’ll have to wait one cycle and then we can start prep for another FET and hopefully the fluid will be gone!!

CD7. I'd imagine IUI by the end of the week.

I usually do some clean up in the kitchen and check back every 90 seconds or so.

Sadly, the last time I peed on a stick was after my bloodwork already confirmed I was pregnant with DD. Just to experience that moment where it came up positive. Since we are IVF only, there has been no other reason to use a HPT. Honestly I probably won't even POAS after the transfer - will just wait for my first blood test.

Cycle Status: I had my first follie check this morning after 7 days of stims. It went rather well. I go back tomorrow for another ultrasound and blood draw and will either trigger tomorrow or Wednesday for retrieval on Thursday or Friday!! It is almost here!

QOTW: I don't test often and when I do test, I don't expect to see two lines. So, I just go about my business as if I wasn't waiting on a HPT.

Cycle Status: I think I am 1DPO today, so hopefully that means AF is going to be here soon and I can move on to IUI #3.

QOTW: I usually just sit and stare at it like a crazy person.

CD 6 - Benched though

QOTW: I don't take tests. I have short luteal phase, so I figure I don't have to wait long for missed period. Too emotionally taxing to see the BFN and hope that maybe it is too early. But when I did, I would do the brush teeth, get coffee routine.

7DPIUI - Just waiting....

QOTW - I really like to just stare away but I try to distract myself somehow by either starting up the shower, getting something to drink from the kitchen or if its a work day I pack my lunch. Its really hard though to not think about that damn test!!

3 DPO and PMSing already.

QOTW: stare at it. Wash my hands and stare at it some more. Pick up my phone and try to think of something I need to check but then set my phone down and stare some more. Accept that there will be no line, curse, and leave the room only to return an hour later to pour some salt in the wound. Something like that

CD: doesn't matter, day 4/10 of provera to end what would have been IUI #3. I didn't respond to the letrozole. Nurse thinks IVF will be good because we'll have more control of how I respond? I guess. So the 21st is our appointment for IVF.

I stare at that shit the whole damn time, watch the pink settle in the test line momentarily, get excited, watch it get swept away, get pissed.

Cycle Status: I'm 12 dpo but have only been getting BFN's and am calling it a bust.

QOTW: I set my alarm on my phone for five minutes and try to distract myself by playing games or something stupid like that. But like some of you already said, I go back and look again an hour later and then a day later, etc.

CD 3. Supposed to start meds tomorrow for IUI # 4 (femara/follistim). I had my day 3 ultrasound this morning and then they called me at lunch and said oh we just looked at your chart and your estrogen last week was really high so we are afraid the cyst on your ovary is really a follicle starting to form. So I have to go back again tomorrow for another blood draw. I am annoyed they didn't look at this while I was there this morning because it is an hour drive for me to get there. The estrogen was drawn last Thurs and they are just noticing this now? So we will see what tomorrow shows.

QOTW: I pray and usually just end up staring at the clock until the time is up. I try not to look at the stick but I usually do multiple times.

On my 2 weeks of BC pills, baseline is on the 18th.

QOTW: I actually pee on it and when it does not produce 2 lines in less than a minute I throw it away. Sometimes I torture myself and look at it later. I have never seen a positive HPT.

Cycle Status: What cycle?

QOTW: I had to POAS every week until I started seeing the RE since I haven't cycled in 3 years so I always just peed and jumped in the shower. Poked my head out at 5 minutes and threw it out when my shower was over.

11 DPIUI, not testing yet, I feel totally out. QOTW: I have gotten to the place where I get up test leave it on the bathroom counter and DH and I pretty much have an understanding that if its negative he just throws it out. I mostly stop myself from digging in the trash, but not always.

Currently on Day 30... starting a medicated cycle (Metformin + Femara + Ovidrel + progesterone) and TI whenever AF gets here. I have taken the past two months off. It's been great, but we are ready to get back to work.

During those 5 min of waiting?? hmm... take a shower, go back to bed, wake up DD, make breakfast.

Getting frustrated about time moving forward and nothing happening with our needed ODWU at CC*RM for IVF/ICSI #4. I hope and pray it is my holiday present in December or anniversary present in January?

QOTW: I usually pray and then get dressed and then maybe play a quick game on my phone. But I always ended up squinting at it for the last few minutes, blah.
