I did not send cards last year. I intended to but didn't. I love buying boxed cards but also like the picture cards. I think this year we will do picture cards since Vinny is looking so cute these days

We send cards to our clients because my SO thinks its important :-/

I might keep a Christmas card until Christmas and then they all go to the recycling bin. If there's a heartfelt note included, I might keep it. If it's addressed to Haddock, I'd keep it for him to do with what he will later in life.

I personally think they're kind of wasteful. I'm not a Scrooge or anything, I just don't personally send them out. Not my thing.

We send photo cards, but only of Feli and only to immediate family and best friends/godparents. I'd feel weird sending pics of my kid to people who hadn't gotten holiday cards from us before Feli came along.

We send nothing but neither do any of our friends so it's normal in our group. Most of us don't really celebrate Christmas I guess.

I am well-known for writing Christmas cards, not keeping track of anyone's address, and handing them out to people between January and May. So...special snowflake?

It depends, if I spend it in Mexico we don't send anything to anyone... if we spend it in Europe, I send cards (no pics) to my family... I guess it's just because they are way more sentimental about it, I know DHs family doesn't care while mine probably cries on Xmas day when I'm not there

This. Except not every year because it's a lot of work so I missed a few years. I really need to get the pic taken but I would like to wait until Christmas decorations are out because I like doing them outside in a park or something and I don't want to pay a photographer to set it up with their own props. I'm cheap.

I used to send greeting cards with hand written, personal notes. Now I do photo cards but I always add a personal greeting

We do a little of everything. Close family and friends get a photo card and photos. Extended family and friends get a signed card. We sent out letters when something extraordinary happens... like a baby being born

Depends. I've sent regular cards and last year I sent a picture card of Zoe. Not sure about this year. I might not even send. It's a lot of work and it seems like most people I send to don't even care.

Team procrastinate and send late if at all. I prefer handwritten notes in boxed cards but have a hard time executing it since kids.

The end of the term grading + Christmas shopping + travel for holidays + Christmas cards = crazymaking.
