  Has anyone cooked with uncured bacon? I accidentally bought some at the Farmers Market and am not sure what to do with it.

  Made these on Saturday.  Super easy, and yummy.  I didn't have any Colby cheese, so I used mozzarella/cheddar blend of shredded cheese. :-)

  For those of you who have hard to shop for husbands, my husband got this last year for Christmas and it was awesome.  All you need is 5lbs of pork belly and in 2 weeks you have bacon!  It was cool....DH made 2 different flavors, and they were both delicious.

  @MommaP12, the only suggstion I'd make is to half the cayanne.  I personally felt like it was a bit much.
