transitioning out of the Merlin Sleep Suit

Anyone doing this? We are still in it, but rolling like crazy during the day, so I'd like to get her comfy alone without the suit at night. She has not rolled with the Suit on at night yet. Also, we are in between houses and shes in her pack n play now for week 3. Her STN has been history since about week 1 so I'm figuring maybe better to try it now since shes a bit all over the place? Anyone else have experience moving out of this suit or something similar?

    We transitioned about a month ago when we did sleep training. He immediately started rolling on his side and stomach to sleep and the transition was so much easier than I thought it would be ... He seemed to love the freedom to move.

    We did it cold turkey and she did just fine- I think she liked the 'freedom'!

    I believe I read somewhere you can transition it by having them wear snug fitting sleepers.

    We just did this 2 nights ago cold turkey and he's done great! We just put him in a fleece sleep sack instead. He's all over the crib and mostly sleeps on his belly now. Like others said, i think he likes the freedom! Good luck!

    2 weeks ago we did this. He was swaddled until 4 months old and then straight to the MM suit. He rolled over one night, so the next day it was on to the zipadee-zip. He scratches a lot due to eczema, so we had to have something that covered his hands. It was a bad 5 ish nights, but I learned he loves to sleep on his side or tummy. Now I put him on his tummy to sleep and he moves around until he gets comfortable. We had to do sleep training during the time, but now he wakes up once in 12 hours. It's hard, but it's safer and better for DS.

    We transitioned cold turkey around a month ago or so and DS did just fine. He sleep patterns didn't change. Though I was hoping they would get better since he sleeps on his belly now, but alas...
