recommendation for OPK?

Now that we have decided OPK relieves not created stress ;) I need some recommendations. Cost isn't as much of a factor for me as ease of use, but of course both would be awesome. What do you recommend and why?
me:41   dh:43 
Off Mirena Nov 2013, On Nuvaring end of Jan, Back off Sept 2014.  Never ending cycle starting end of Sept... 
11/14 Provera failed... cycle continues 
12/14 High FSH (57 "midcycle")  OBGYN had no clue... about anything 
01/15 More lab results coming back from RE. U/S showed small (1")cyst on left ovary, thin lining, and couldn't locate right ovary so  possibly straight to DE and IVF 

Occassionally mess with the chart below to see "what if" and learn (not to make it pretty but because FF stays drunk with me).

    Wondfos from amazon. Super cheap so testing three times a day is affordable. They always work for me so that's what I use.

    I use Babi from Amazon although reviews say that wondof's typically provide darker lines. I've never had any issue with the Babi's though and have never tried Wondof's.

    And why these? Because cheap and I love to pee on sticks!
    I am not sure how to say this without getting a "solicitation" warning so I guess I just say that I am not longer active on THIS site.

    I prefer the Target Brand, I think it is Up.  It is about $15 for 20 sticks and I have always gotten reliable results.  It is easy to use, request fmu.  I test 1x a day until surge is detected then 2x a day to confirm surge is gone.  Of course, I temp to confirm Ovulation. Best wishes!

    +1 for Wondfo's.  Usually the packs come bundled with pregnancy tests.  Very inexpensive.
