I ordered pizza at work. It's delicious and I wish I wasn't full so I could eat me. I actually ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread because I couldn't decide. Yummmmm

Ugh. It was going to be meatloaf, but we live with the inlaws who are having guests over tonight. I can't cook our own dinner when MiL is cooking hers so we're stuck eating cauliflower soup. Which I really dont like and I'm so afraid will give me earth shattering gas!!! Why can't she ever cook something else for guests?! Always that damn cauliflower soup.

Nothing basically. Made dd a quesadilla and cut her up some fruit. I couldn't eat it. I dunno. The tortilla tasted gross.

it's 11 degrees outside and snowing pretty steadily. This calls for homemade baked mac and cheese with ham and broccoli. 3 different kinds o' fancy cheeses = FUCK YEAH!

I have a roast in the crock pot. The temp dropped down to 30ish from 70 yesterday so it seemed a great day for roast, potatoes and carrots. I was going to make some cornbread to go with butttt I didn't feel like it anymore.

Roast is in the oven with veggies - even pulled a couple parsnips from garden. Puréed up horseradish, and batter for Yorkshire pudding is ready to go. Can hardly wait.

I had an event to go to on early literacy and the importance of talking, singing, and reading to your children starting at birth. There was a buffet beforehand with cheese and crackers, veggies with ranch, crab cakes, and shrimp, so that was my dinner. I think it is ice cream time now that I am home, even though it is freezing outside.
