FINALLY (un-adoption related)

So my road to a new job started on August 15th and today I have a signed offer and handed in my resignation. I'm excited and nervous and wondering what exactly have I done, but I think it's the right move for me and my growing family.

I'm moving from a highly competitive company with a 45 minute commute each way to a non-profit with a 5 minute commute each way (at least when they move their HQ in April). Daycare for little E will also be more central so that DH or I can do pickup/ dropoff rather than it always being my responsibility.
