Hi, I just introed on the TTGP board and I think this one is a good fit for me as well. I'm going to be TTCing in February and I'd like to lose some weight and develop healthier habits by then. I quit smoking for New Years 2014 and that has been successful. Unfortunately, quitting has come with about 30 lbs that I can't seem to get rid of again.
I'm 5'10" and currently weigh 235. I'd love to be under 200 by the time I TTC, but I don't really think that's a realistic goal, so I'm just going to do what I can and keep trying to lose until I get a BFP.
I've had success with weight loss before using sparkpeople.com or myfitnesspal.com as well as slimfast. I tried weight watchers, but it didn't work for me.
I'm also trying to motivate my FI to lose weight and develop healthy habits as well.
