Umm, today was random for me as I spent my morning listening to Biggie Radio on pandora. I have no clue why, but one of my employees came in my office and heard P.I.M.P by 50 cent and went into hysterics. That and Christmas music. Oh and I've been diggin' Utopia station on Sirius Radio.
Another 90s lover here! The 90s radio station on Pandora is one of the only ones where I rarely skip a song. Alanis & The Cranberries take up a good chunk of my iTunes. And the Pure Moods CD.
As for more recent music, I go through phases... Imogen Heap, The 1975, some Jason Mraz. I like a lot of classical too and plan on playing it for the baby.

I basically renew siriusXM for 90's on 9. Pop2K is pretty great, too!
I haven't heard an album recently that I loved. Beyoncé is my guilty pleasure and that's the last album I LOVED.
omg......I love this thread. I had no idea we had so many 90's ladies on this board. Class of '97! Holla!!!! I am a music teacher and MH is a music therapist so there is a lot of music up in here. We are dirty jazzers and listen to a TON of jazz. I'm obsessed with Gregory Porter who is absolutely friggin amazeballs and has the most beautiful song about mothers. That song is what got me through my IVF treatment and i'm sure will end up being a big part of the story of my pregnancy and birth. I also love oldies and classic rock. I LOVE classic soul and live for Stevie Wonder, Al Green, Otis Redding and the like. My greatest obsession is Steely Dan. And I also love Michael Jackson and Bob Marley. I love classical music too. I love music. Except for modern day country. No. But 90's grunge and rap YEEEESSSSsssss.
Sorry. I really love music.

Honestly, I've been listening to my "boy bands and Disney" station on Pandora. I pretend like I have it in case the kids ever hear the music playing in my office, but that's a lie. I just like singing along with songs I know really well. For baby my husband and I have been singing our favorite church songs before bed every night. I can't wait until the newborn recognizes the songs we've been singing to it.
I love 90s alt rock... That's the stuff that really got me into music. Spent the late 90s listening to alt rock while studying for finals at university. These days I'm listening mostly to 80s U2 since DD only wants to listen to that. I think it's pretty cool that one of the favorite songs for my 2.5 yr old is With or Without You... She sings along in the back seat when we are are in the car and requests her favorite songs my name as soon as we get in the car.
Loreena McKennit for relaxy music. She has the most gorgeous voice - it can get you in to a kinda trance. Soooo good for just getting random crapxiety off your mind.

Tomorrow, who knows. Maybe a little 90's rap in the way of Dr Dre and NWA?
