2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? I did awesome! We got back from vacation on Tuesday where we hiked and walked a ton. I then ran Wednesday, THursday and did a long run of 7 on Saturday. I also swam on Friday and this morning.
3) Any goals for this week? To not miss one workout. I swam this morning and I'll go Wednesday and Friday. Then I'll run tonight, tomorrow, Thursday & do 8 miles on Saturday. I still have my eyes on the St. Jude half December 6 so I'm aiming to do 10 miles on November 22, if I can't do 10 then I can't do the half in December.
GTKY: How will you be spending your Veteran's Day tomorrow? Do you have a special Veteran in your life? I'll be working

Didn't do great with working out, but kept my nutrition on point (other than a few pieces of Halloween candy). I will hopefully be able to work out more this week with a less hectic schedule. But maybe not with my toe nail injury. It hurts like crazy right now.
3) Any goals for this week?
Try to stay positive. I have an OB appt tomorrow. I hate being weighed. It is a huge source of anxiety for me.
GTKY: I'm taking the day off work to talk to a local HS Anatomy class about my job. My mom is an elementary teacher in the district and they have a special program to honor local veterans. I'm hoping I can make part of it.

2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? My goal was to exercise 3-4 days for at least 30-45 min. I also wanted to stretch everynight. I was successful and went to the gym 3 times for 45 min a piece. I didn't do as much stretching as I wanted but I'm happy with how the week went.
3) Any goals for this week? Same goal as last week since I am still getting back into the swing of things. Trying to focus on making good nutritional choices.
GTKY: How will you be spending your Veteran's Day tomorrow? Do you have a special Veteran in your life? I will be working a half day and DH is off. We will probably just hang out and spend some time togther as a family since DS is spending the weekend with his grandparents. My Step Father is the special veteran in my life. He is celebrating 20 years in the Army and has survived 4 overseas deployments. We are very proud of him
