1) How far along are you? 

2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track?

3) Any goals for this week?

  • 1) How far along are you? 28 weeks 6 days

    2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? My goal was to exercise 3-4 days for at least 30-45 min. I also wanted to stretch everynight. I was successful and went to the gym 3 times for 45 min a piece. I didn't do as much stretching as I wanted but I'm happy with how the week went.

    3) Any goals for this week? Same goal as last week since I am still getting back into the swing of things. Trying to focus on making good nutritional choices.

    GTKY: How will you be spending your Veteran's Day tomorrow? Do you have a special Veteran in your life? I will be working a half day and DH is off. We will probably just hang out and spend some time togther as a family since DS is spending the weekend with his grandparents. My Step Father is the special veteran in my life. He is celebrating 20 years in the Army and has survived 4 overseas deployments. We are very proud of him :)
