Hi!
My name is Beth & I got my BFP last week! I suffered a m/c this summer & it was the hardest thing physically & emotionally that I've experienced. I have a DD that is 5 & I'm very nervous about this pregnancy! I haven't had any bad symptoms yet. A few mild cramps, sore breasts, & fatigue. First appt is November 19th! Just hoping to chat with some people in the same boat as me & get a little relief from this nervousness! My DH actually got on to me last night for taking yet another HPT! Haha! That was #5 & all positive very quickly! Good luck to all those pregnant now & congrats! :) \:D/

    Welcome and congrats!!! I took a ton of tests after my first positive -- it helped me accept that it was really true and I like peeing on things!

    Congratulations, and welcome! 
    I also took every test I could get my hands on. Once when I was feeling particularly vulnerable, after I had already gotten a few positives, I made a trip to the grocery store for some more tests just to make sure. I was a crazy person!

    Thank y'all! I just can't wait to see the dr, even though I'm extremely nervous. I'm wondering if I should've mentioned to the receptionist about my previous loss & wondering if they would've made my appt sooner.

IVF #1 Oct/Nov 2013: Long Lupron with Gonal-F. 7R, 7M, 7F. 2 txfer@3d. Nothing frozen.  => M/C @ 8 wks. :'( Selected RPL panel all normal. Very hyper and brittle response to stims. IVF #2 (antagonist protocol) Feb 2014 => Converted to IUI (Perfect conditions). BFN. IVF #2.1 w/ new RE June 2014: Antagonist protocol. 33R, 31M, 30F, 19 blasts to test!!! I made it through without crashing!! :) Hats off to Dr. Fancypants!! ET of one 5AB blast. BFN. 13 10 CCS'ed snowflakes! FET #1 PUPO as of 7/29 Betas: 8/7@24, 8/9@97, 8/11@334 (etc.) Two sacs on 8/15, one seen on 8/18 after a bleed. U/s 8/25 (6+3) "perfect": 5.9 mm + HB@120bpm! U/s 9/4 (7+6): 15.9 mm + HB@172 bpm! Please, PLEASE stick this time!!!!

I also took about a million pregnancy tests :) You can always call the doctor and see if you can get in earlier if you don't want to wait, but I don't think that you necessarily need to be seen earlier, even with a prior loss. I think I ended up going in about two weeks after I got my BFP. The worst part is just the waiting! I was so impatient :)

    Thanks everyone! I'm so ready to tell but having a previous loss we are wanting to wait till 12 weeks so it's nice to be able to open up to someone! :)

    Congrats and welcome and sorry to hear of your previous loss. I as well have a 5 year old DD I suffered a second loss the previous summer. With this pregnancy I took all the HPT in the house then went to the store and got more. That first waiting period is the worst. My dr wouldn't schedule anything earlier. Now I am a happy 34 w 4d. So good luck to you and positive vibes your way.

    Congrats on your BFP!! After my last loss, I had BW done at 5 weeks and an US done at 6 weeks. My next appt isn't until 12/2 (12 weeks) GL and try to relax!
