Almost dry up after having colds over two weeks

My milk output has dropped to only one oz after having 2 colds for over two weeks. I didn't take any cold med in fear of drying up but it seems I am still drying up. Any help to get it back up? Or is this how my body's response to recover? I am still 4 months short of goal. Thank you for all advices.

    Are you exclusively pumping? If not, put baby to the breast as often as possible. Lots of fluids, power pumping, plenty of food and rest.  Usually a dip from a cold is temporary!! Hang in there!!

    Agreed with the above! I got smacked with a cold and drop from ovulation in the same week. I did a power pumping session plus pumped an extra couple of minutes at work starting over so that I would get a true letdown again and I was back to basically normal a few days later.
